  • Ashwin, a Chartered Accountant and member of ICAI brings over 12 years of expertise in Assurance and Business Advisory, focusing on manufacturing and real estate sectors. Previously at Deloitte and Credit Suisse, he is adept at setting up new entities, supporting startups, and ensuring legal compliance for domestic and multinational companies. Ashwin’s contributions extend to serving on the Public Relations Committee of WIRC of ICAI for two consecutive years.

Mahesh Bandre

  • Mahesh brings over 15 years of expertise in Indirect Tax laws, combining consultancy and industry exposure. He spent over two and a half years at Deloitte Haskins & Sells before starting his consultancy.
  • His specialization lies in central indirect tax laws, encompassing Central Excise, Service Tax, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, and GST.
    He is proficient in various aspects of GST and compliance with Excise & Customs regulations.
  • He has offered advisory and litigation support services to various domestic and multinational companies.

Nilesh Saboo

  • Nilesh is an experienced professional with 15+ years of expertise in Audit and Indirect Tax. He honed his skills at top firms like Deloitte and Ernst & Young before establishing his consultancy. Nilesh provides crucial advisory services to domestic and multinational companies, specializing in tax strategies, compliance, and overall planning. He is renowned in the GST community and recognized for his contributions as a speaker and respected faculty member at ICAI. Nilesh also has extensive experience in setting up and expanding SEZ units.
